OBJECTIVE

Vivacare, a SaaS company offering a white-labeled patient education toolkit, aimed to double its network of doctors using its platform.

SCOPE of WORK

With a beloved desktop app, Vivacare recognized the need to transition to mobile to meet growing demand. Months before their mobile app launch, TIMBUC partnered with Vivacare to ensure it reached as many doctors as possible.

We crafted a targeted informational ad campaign, leveraging Vivacare’s existing user data to focus on doctors already using the desktop app. Using advanced strategies like look-alike audiences and App Install campaigns, we ran ads on Facebook and LinkedIn to drive downloads.

OUTCOME:

The results were remarkable: Vivacare’s mobile app went from just 2-3 beta users to 3,000+ active users—a major win for their growing network.
