These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TIMBUC website and platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

TIMBUC provides a coaching growth platform including business assessments, lead magnets, proposals, a client portal, and payment tooling. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Demo Accounts

Demo accounts are provided for evaluation only, may contain sample data, and may be modified or removed at any time. They are not intended for production use.

Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. When you collect client payments through the Service, funds settle into your own connected Stripe account; TIMBUC does not hold your funds. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the Service to violate the rights of others.
• Do not use the Service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by TIMBUC or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe and LeadConnector. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Assessment outputs and projections are estimates for informational purposes and are not guarantees of results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIMBUC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
